After the forest inventory at three Village Forest Management Institution in Bali Province has been finished in September – November 2023. To informing and reporting the results of forest inventory activities in three Village Forest Management Institutions, SASHI Foundation held an integrated workshop which carried out at Department Forestry And Environment Life Bali Province.
The workshop was held on 20 February 2024, presented The Chief of Department Forestry and Environment Life Bali Province, The Chief of Field Watershed Management and Empowerment Community, Department Forestry And Environment Life Bali Province, The Chief of Bali and Nusa Tenggara Regional PSKL, The Chief of Management Sustainable Forest Region VII Denpasar, The Chief of UPTD. KPH Bali Barat, The Chief of UPTD. KPH Bali Utara, The Chief of UPTD. KPH Bali Timur, The Chief of Penyaringan Village Forest Management Institution, The Chief of Wanagiri Village Forest Management Institution, The Chief of Batur Selatan Village Forest Management Institution, and the representatives of KUPS or KTH members in each Village Forest Management Institutions.
In this workshop can be reported that the results of forest inventory are including :
1.In terms of tree history in Penyaringan Village, there are 2192 trees or 53% included in the planted category and there are 1965 trees or 47% trees included in the formerly category.
2.In terms of tree history in Wanagiri Village, there are 3442 trees or by 49% included in the planted category and there are in total of 3623 trees or by 51% included in the formerly category.
3.In terms of tree history in Batur Selatan Village, there are 92% or 3971 trees included in formerly category and whereas only 8% or 352 trees are included in planted category.
