On July 05 – 06 2023, SASHI Team carried out socialization activities and prepared tree inventory activities in 3 (three) villages, namely : (1) Penyaringan Village, Mendoyo District, Jembrana Regency, (2) Wanagiri Village, Sukasada District, Buleleng Regency, and (3) Batur Selatan Village, Kintamani District, Bangli Regency. During this preparatory activity, SASHI Team met with the Chair of the Lembaga Pengelola Hutan Desa (LPHD) and community figures, namely LPHD Penyaringan (Penyaringan Village), LPHD Eka Giri Karya Utama (Wanagiri Village), and LPHD Batur Selatan (Batur Selatan Village).
Meanwhile, tree inventory activities at Penyaringan LPHD was carried out on 07 – 13 September 2023, then tree inventory at Wanagiri LPHD was carried out on 08 – 13 October 2023, and tree inventory at South Batur LPHD was carried out on 27 October – 2 November 2023. The final result of this tree inventory activity is a mapping of the distribution of tree points and their potential.
